COURSE DESCRIPTION
In order to obtain the status of “supervisor”, an operator working at height with the aid of ropes (who has obtained the T + A and / or B certificates) will have to attend this course of 8 hours.

TRAINING LOCATIONS
In house: the training can take place in different Skylotec certified training centers globally. Two locations are present in Italy:
- via Torchio, 9 / 24034 Cisano Bergamasco (BG);
- via Garibaldi, 20 / 36034 Malo (VI).
Onsite: The training can also be also delivered directly at customer´s facilities globally.
TARGET GROUP
People who wish to obtain the Italian qualification of supervisor (“team leader”), responsible for the correct execution of the work and any rescue maneuvers.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
- Have obtained the Theoretical-Practical Basic Module + Module A and/or B certifications.
- Be able to understand and follow rope work procedures, work planning methods and related risk assessment.
- Be responsible for the inspection of the personal equipment before each use.
- Be able to perform the maneuvers required for Module A and/or B.
- Be able to perform the most common rescue maneuvers.
- Not to be disabled or have health issues that can prevent from working safely.
- Do not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Be in possession of a medical certificate of physical fitness/sign a self-certification statement of physical fitness at the beginning of the course.
LEARNING CONTENT
This module trains workers to create anchorages and to perform emergency maneuvers: the supervisor is the individual responsible for their correct realisation.
CERTIFICATE AND VALIDITY PERIOD
- During the course, the skills of the supervisor will be evaluated: the responsibility acquired in organizing the work and in identifying any non-conformities will be evaluated, as well as the ability to safely carry out what has been learned during the course. The students who will be deemed suitable will receive the certificate proving the certification achieved.
- The certificate is valid for 5 years after which an update of 4 hours will be required.
